We were fortunate to find out about Dave McClenahan and TilePro through a personal recommendation from friends, in 2013, who were very happy with Dave’s work. We have since had a Laundry, Kitchen and two Bathrooms renovated by Dave, and could not be happier with the results.
Dave took the time to help us with the design and the selection of finishes for each project, and the results show in the quality of the rooms. Dave and his team were well coordinated and worked closely with us during each of the design and build stages to produce a great kitchen, bathrooms and a laundry that are functional and easy to maintain.
Dave’s communication through all stages of the build was excellent, we always knew where things were up to and what to expect next. Dave and all his associates were easy to work with and able to work around our everyday life as well. The communications were clear, and nothing was too much trouble.
We had heard of Dave’s work through family and friends and arranged for a quotation on a bathroom job. When he arrived to prepare the quote, it was clear how he had earned his reputation…the discussion was all about what we wanted.
While we had an idea, we were happy to ask Dave’s advice on making it happen. He had a few suggestions which not only made better use of the available space, but also offered savings by more cost effective construction.
From the moment Dave started to prepare the old bathroom, through every stage of the project we could see how the finished job would end up. Work started on time each day, no running from job to job, with site left clean and tidy every afternoon. We were not surprised when it came together as it did. He did not leave the job until both he and ourselves were happy with every detail. And…..it works as well as it looks!
